Submit Support Requests

You can easily submit a support request for any problems or issues you encounter while using the system from the Support button on the Global toolbar in the upper right of your screen. Support requests are automatically routed to the most knowledgeable technician.

From the Support Request dialog, you can also access other sources of assistance, including the User Forum and Live Chat feature, view FAQs and training videos, or provide feedback about your customer service experience using the AccountantsWorld Online Survey.

In addition, you can call the telephone number provided on the dialog to reach our live Customer Support team, who are available 8:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, EST.

To submit a support request:

1.  Click the Support icon on the Global toolbar in the top right corner of the screen.

The Support Request dialog appears, with your name and email address automatically populated.

2.  (Optional) Click the buttons on the dialog to access the User Forum or Live Chat feature, or view FAQs or training videos to research your question before submitting a support request.

3.  Enter a descriptive title for the message you send to the e-support team in the Message Title field.

You can use this field to indicate the name of a specific client involved in your request, if applicable, or to enter a summary of the issue in the field for easier routing.

This field is required.

4.  Select the type of function with which you need help from the Area of Difficulty drop-down list.

5.  Enter your question or issue in the Description field.

We recommend that you enter as much detail as possible to enable the e-support team to fully understand your concerns.

This field is required.

6.  Change or update the information in the Name and Email fields, and enter a telephone number at which you can be reached in the Phone field.

7.  Click Submit to submit your request.

Your support request is automatically routed to the most qualified technician for assistance.

8.  Click the AccountantsWorld Online Survey link to provide feedback about your support experience.
